As a fertility doula, I understand that embarking on the journey of starting a family can be an exciting, but at times a challenging experience. That is where a fertility doula and this Fertility Support Package can make all the difference!

My goal as your doula is to equip you with the tools and resources that you need to better understand your body, giving you confidence that you've explored all possible options to enhance your chances of conception. So, no matter if you are just beginning your TTC journey, or you have faced the challenges of trying to conceive for longer than expected, I am here to offer you guidance and support every step of the way.

What to Expect

With my Fertility Support Package, you can expect three months of unwavering support, community resources and referrals, evidence-based information and research support, and open communication via text and email from the moment support begins. In addition to this, you can expect the following:

First Month

During the first month of support, you will receive two 45 minute sessions where we cover:

• Your fertility goals and debriefing your journey so far.

• Thorough review of your cycle history and any reproductive concerns or diagnoses.

• Information about menstrual cycles.

• Creating an action plan.

• Detailed guidance and support on cycle charting and the Fertility Awareness Methods, helping you track your fertility signs and pinpoint your fertile window to optimize conception.

• A custom digital or printable Lilium Doula Care Fertility Tracking Chart.

• Discussions about lifestyle changes and stress management techniques to support conception and a healthy pregnancy.

• Emotional and informational support throughout any fertility appointments and procedures, along with letting you know what to expect, and debriefing your experience afterwards.

Additional Months

What’s Included:

Each additional month of support has one 45 minute session. In these sessions we will continue with the support provided in the first month, along with making any adjustments if needed, fertility tracking chart review sessions, planning for future steps if conception does not occur, and more!
